You can go to schools like BVB, ICAS but problem with them is they take at least 3 years as classes are on weekends only.
Or you can go to astrologer who is giving classes.
I learnt from different people in Delhi/NCR during learning days and all of them are very professional. Pay money and get classes, Most of them charging around 1000-2000 Rs/Class. No one is interested to teach with patience, At lease i failed to find anyone with these qualities.
I don't know city you are located in but try to find some simple and honest astrologer who can teach you in detail rather than people offering courses.
